Traveling new paths and "stretching" helps the mind reinvigorate, but there is also something to be said about "being still" and contemplating, maybe a little deeper, on your current and familiar surroundings. Gratitude for the present is often the grease that keeps the wheels of contentment rolling. (I made that up myself. Go me.)</description>
