I know I’m a little behind...but I wanted to add my favorite. As I have a blood sugar disorder, mine may not seem like a real dessert, but it does the trick for me, and may help others to substitute something healthy that is still sweet.

Artificially sweetened vanilla yogurt topped with blueberries, raspberries, and finely chopped walnuts.

I always have frozen berries on hand and eat them almost every day. Just thaw a 1/2 cup in a bowl for about 30-60 minutes. And, if they are too tart, add a little splenda. Yummy!
