Hi there! I just happened to find your blog and found this post about water. It's funny because I just posted about the importance of water on my blog today! I drink around 90 ounces of water a day as a part of my daily routine. The benefits are numerous, as you know. I've enjoyed clearer skin, less headaches, and just a general feeling of better health. I get my 90 ounces by drinking from a 32 ounce water bottle and filling it up 3 times a day. I pretty much take it with me everywhere. Thanks for the water post and I've enjoyed browsing through your blog!

I'll have to talk with my husband, he's the biography buff in the family and always reading about someone. I think he just finished Lincoln and is onto some Paul Johnson book about various heroes in history.

Well I participated and had a very similar experience. I use a normal 12 oz drinking glass. I put ruberbands around it and pull one off each time I finnish a glass. I also have a problem with atypical days. For instance, Sunday is always the worst. I leave for church meetings at 8am and don't usual return until 2pm. I drink little if any water during that time and that just throws my whole day off. So what is the answer? How do you remind yourself to stick to your habits on atypical days (weekends, traveling, etc.)?
