I just filled up my 32oz container with cold water, and I plan to drink at least two of those throughout the day. It helps to know I only need to refill one time rather than eight. For your challenge, I will try to drink another 16oz. My book choice has changed. I was going to read Mother Teresa, but I already have a copy of the epic biography of John Adams by David McCullough. I am going to start that as soon as I finish These Is My Words- probably tomorrow. I’m all over the water!
